The health program

Aiden and Utopia will develop and offer an optional free health program that should be implemented at least 5 days a week.

It comprises:

• food that will be manufactured industrially (most likely spirulina based), plus fruits and vegetables grown in public spaces.

• the necessary food supplements: sugars, salt, fats (oils, fats), vitamins, trace elements, minerals, magnesium, etc.

• phytosanitary supplements that stimulate the body’s natural defences and reinforce normal body functions

• the activation of the electronic ID function that makes it possible to analyze the body’s metabolism, respiratory system, cardiac rhythms, sleep patterns, pressure, weight as well as time spent on physical and intellectual exercise (results are integrated in the Aiden offices)

• self-assessment with the Aiden office every month where possible behavioural corrections to stay in good health are suggested

• community sessions of physical exercise (in music: dance, gymnastics, team games, skate parks, etc.) in places equipped with machines, games and screens

• medication needed to keep fit and regulate weight

• two sessions (1 every 6 months) with a physician to ensure that the person is in good health

• free health insurance including healthcare, medication and rehabilitation costs.

EL PROGRAMA SALUD

AIDEN y Utopia elaboran y proponen un programa salud facultativo y grátis que se debería aplicar 5 días a la semana y que contiene :

• comida industrial

• complementos alimentarios : azúcar, sal, grasas, aceites, vitaminas, ácidos…

• complementos fitosanitarios que estimluan la defensas del cuerpo

• vigilanci electrónica por la identidad informatizada, que va observando el metabolismo, su evolusion, sus ritmos, sus necesidades, peso, sangre…

• visita cada més con profesionales en las oficinas AIDEN para corregir los ejercicios…

• ejercicios físicos en commún en plazas previstas para ello

• medicinas para regulara su forma física y su peso

• 2 sesiones al año (1 cada 6 meses) con su médico personal para asegurarse de que todo vaya bién…

• Seguro de enfermedad grátis que incluye : cuidado, medicinas y restablecimiento.
