Structure and role of the army

About one in ten citizens will choose to do their civil service in the army out of interest for security services, esprit de corps, danger, hierarchy and weapons.

The army is only defensive. It has no correspondent abroad.

Women can do the army. Families, couples and groups of friends can be incorporated as such. The army is the only hierarchical structure of Utopia.

Every 4 years :

• the soldiers democratically appoint their officers

• the citizens of Utopia elect the members of the General Staff and the Commander of the Army who are chosen from among the officers
