Children, school, the apprenticeships, studies
At birth children take the name of their mother linked to the name of their father. They have 2 first names: one chosen by the father and the other by the mother.
Parental authority is exercised by both parents.
The parents each nominate a sponsor (godmother and godfather) to replace them and ensure the well-being of the child.
Parents (or sponsors) must make decisions about the child’s education together and communicate them together to respect the rights of people in the Acden, which requires at least two people to intervene with another.
They must act for the good of the children while leaving them enough freedom to learn to discipline themselves.
They must protect them from being subjected to physical, psychological and sexual violence. They must firstly speak to them in English.
