This tax is called:

Contribution aimed at safeguarding equality between people.

The money is divided into lots of:

• 1000 US $ or equivalent to spend in 1 day

• 10’000 US $ or equivalent to spend in 1 week

• 100’000 US $ or equivalent (from fortunes of more than 10’000’000) to spend in 1 month.

These sums are deposited on “prepay” cards.

Recipients of these contributions are selected by the Wellbeing and Ethics Committees (for very large contributions), by merit (if there are few contributions), by random draw (if all merit contributions have been distributed) or by alphabetical order (if there are many). The people of Utopia must endorse these choices. A person can not receive a second contribution until all the people entitled to these benefits have received theirs.

Those wishing to benefit from these contributions and think that they are entitled to them are invited to register and fill out a computerized questionnaire through their Acden offices. They must not have a fortune greater than 10’000 or equivalent (not counting the money provided for retirement and deposited in accounts ad oc.) These contributions must imperatively all be used.

Acden does not distribute distinctions. On the other hand with these contributions, Utopia can reward: courageous acts during rescues, voting attendance, remarkable participation in committees, civil services performed in an exemplary way, prizes of excellence in the schools and the universities, etc.

Todas las personas o instituciones que inverten la totalidad de sus capitales en las industrias de Utopia quedan exentos de ese impuesto.

A ese impuesto se le llama:

Contribucion para salvar la igualdad entre personas.

El dinero esta dividido en lotes de 1000 USD (para gastar en un día); en lotes de 10’000 USD (para gastar en una semana) ; y en lotes de 100 000 USD (para gastar en un mes).

Se depositan esas cantidades en cuentas “prepay”.

Los beneficiarios de esas contribuciones seran eligido por las comisiones del bien estar y de ética (para las contibuciones las mas altas). Se distribuyen segun el mérito (si hay pocas contribusiones), por sorteo (si ya se ditribuyeron las contribuciones al mérito) o por orden alfabético (si hay muchas).

El soberano (el pueblo) tendra que aprobar las decisiones. Una persona no puede recibir una segunda contribucion mientras todas las demas no la hayan recibido.

Todos aquellos que piensan merecer una contribucion puenden apuntarse y rellenar un formulario informatizado que encontraran en las oficinas AIDEN.

Su fortuna no puede superar los 10’000 Anar.

Las contribuciones tienen que ser utilizadas en su totalidad.

AIDEN nos da distincciones ni premios. Pero, gracias a esas contribuciones, Utopia puede recompensar: los actos de corage, la asiduidad con la que ha votado, su participacion a las comisiones, sus esfuerzos durante los servicios civiles, los premios de excelencia ganados en las escuelas o universidades…
