Clauses concerning banks and insurance companies:

1. These institutions must respect the clauses of the Aiden economy as well as the due diligence agreements issued by all banks and insurance companies of Utopia.
2. In addition, they must respect the current international standards (or the Swiss standards if the international standards are too disparate) which concern their activities (if these standards are compatible with those of the Aiden) and those which concern the financial reserves that they must capitalize to work normally.
3. Banks must feed a common relief fund with 10% of gross interest earned from funds placed by their clients.
4. Insurance companies must do the same with 1% of contributions collected.
5. When these funds become too large, a portion is retroceded to the customers of these banks and insurance companies in proportion to their investments or contributions.

Rules for money loans:

1. Simple loans

Simple loans must be repaid according to the terms of the contracts available through the Aiden offices. The interest rate can not exceed 6% per year for a maximum of 10 years. Non-compliance with the terms of the contract may lead to prosecution (see property offences 6b, 7d, 9b, 9d).

• loans between companions
• small loans granted by banks and professionals in the industry
• loans with guarantees based on operating equipment, boats, airplanes, vehicles, etc.
• investment loans offered by Utopia to young people to start a professional activity. These loans are interest free, they are repayable in 13 years. During the first 3 years, it is possible not to make amortization, then 10% per year for 10 years or less. In some cases, to attract young people to certain areas or to revive the economy of Utopia, the repayment of these loans is partially or completely abandoned.

2. Risk loans

Risk loans must also be entered on the forms available through the Aiden offices. Interest can not exceed 12% per year for a maximum duration of 10 years. Non-compliance with the terms of the contract may result in legal action (see property offense 6b, 7d). The duration of these loans can be extended up to 20 years by becoming a simple loan after the first 10 years.

1. esas instituciones deben respectar las clausulas de la economia AIDEN y las convenciones diligentes compuestas por todos los bancos y seguros de Utopia.
2. Deben respectar las normas internacionales mientras sean compatibles con AIDEN y tambien deben mantener las reservas suficientes para funcionar.
3. Los ancos deben alimentar un plazo comun de emergencia a altura de 10% de sus beneficios brutos.
4. Los seguros hacen lo mismo, a altura de 1%
5. Cuando esos plazos de emergencia se vuelven demasiado importante, se les devuelve a los clientes parte de sus inversiones.

 

Reglas para prestamos :

Los préstamos simples se pagan segun las condiciones explicadas en los contratos cuyos formularios se encuentran en las oficinas AIDEN. El tipo de interes no puede superar el 6% al año para un máximo de 10 años. No respetar el contrato puede conducir a acciones penales (referirse a los daños contra los bienes).

Formas de préstamo:

1. prestamo de inversion a los jóvenes para que puedant comenzar una actividad profesional. A esos préstamos, no se les aplica interes y se pagan en 13 años. Durante los 3 primeros años, es posible no amortizar. Luego, 10% al año (o mas) Si se necesita estimular la economia y liberar a los jóvenes, tambien se pueden abandonar los pagamentos de esta deuda.
2. Préstamos entre compañeros/as
3. préstamos que ceden los bancos y/o profesionales de las financias.
4. Préstamos con garantia sobre material, barcos, aviones…

Los préstamos que parecen ariesgados tambien requieren formularios (disponibles en las oficinas AIDEN) Los intereses no pueden superar los 12% al año para un plazo máximo de 10 años. Se puede estirar ese plazo hasta 20 años, pero entonces, ya que pasa la primera década, el préstamo pasa a ser simple.
